If there are any characters you like, draw them, even if it looks bad just keep copying it, at some point you'll get how you're supposed to draw some shapes and will learn a bit on how anatomy works a long with it.

If you have friends or family who are artists, then ask them for help. I have an older sister who's an amazing artist, she's been drawing for 15 years, she's 20 by now. Whenever she decides to visit I always ask her opinion on my art and if there's something wrong in the drawing she'll correct it for me, and give me advice in general.

It takes years to get good at drawing, but you'll get there eventually.
