Already did, it's my fav Fallout game & my fav RPG in general.
Even the DLCs are outstanding (Lonesome Road & Old World Blues).
Actually the reason why i felt that ME2 has very little RPG elements is because i was playing Fallout 3 before lol.

For me, it's the writing.

I love how the story is told in the first 2 games (3, not so much) and how the game makes you attached to each of the characters, even if you hated them at first. Hell, I hated Jack and Miranda when I first met them, but by the time I had got to the suicide mission they had grown on me so I didn't want them to die.

On top of that it does the whole 3rd person fps with cover really well IMO. I was never really a fan of the genre, I played Gears of War at a friends and dispised it, but Mass Effect mixes it up with Tech powers like Incinerate and Overload as well as Biotics like Singularity and Warp. It just makes the whole thing tactically more interesting as you have to choose your team for the appropriate mission or they'll be a dead weight to you. eg you'll want to bring a techie like Tali on a mission that involves alot of Mechs/Geth but she'll be useless against normal humans.

I could go on, but I'm not going to write a game review in the comments of a thread...

Uh nothing had pissed me off in ME2 more than Miranda & Jack, especially Miranda.
I remember i lost Mordin in the last mission, i admin it was kinda sad.
I believe the main reason why i hated ME2 because its RPG elements is less than what i had expected, besides the characters themselves.
But the best part for me was the side missions, those were nice.
