Yeah, the solution to multi-cultural life is to treat everyone the same and forget race is a thing (At least in a small neighborhood). Granted, everyone here speaks English more than anything, including the Hispanics/Latinos, but regardless, actual cooperation had occurred, then again, this is a small neighborhood near the Chicago area, so immigration in Europe must be a whole different story (obviously).

Forgetting race is a possibility, but not culture.
