The third-person perspective shown in the trailer probably suggests 2 hands need to be used to maneuver properly.

You just reminded me of when I got my brand new Collector's Edition of Diablo II delivered by UPS from Amazon. Popped the first CD in my drive. Clicked Install, and was greeted with... Add to that the fact that the game ran like total garbage because of the DRM they used until the 1.04d patch came out... And that I was literally one of the beta testers for the game and it had run just fine during the beta...
