Not going to happen. Without the RPS, weaker players can't contribute. It'd be like playing UT or Q3A; weak players would just get their shit kicked in by the 1337, which is great for a small community of dedicated players, but not so great if you want a cash cow that needs to appeal to a broad range of gamers in order to be considered a success.
