If Evo explained to her that what Lewious-Tan said was incorrect before the bannable offense took place then that's one thing. But I can't find a quote to that effect. If she wasn't aware that the rule was still in effect, then she shouldn't be held accountable to it.

Because the guy who's in the middle of exams can take the time to see if there's any misinformation being spread around.

The thread you linked has been dead since September 9th. So the last official word she had, directly from a moderator, was that she was no longer under a one strike rule. I fully realize that you didn't intend this, but sometimes a salesman quotes a customer the wrong price, and as a manager you're still obligated to honor it. Part of being a leader is taking responsibility for your subordinates mistakes.

That was a mod talking without even knowing what he was saying.

Then the owner actually gave his explenation that the ban was never lifted, so it's not like she was ever not on those rules.

Hey lewin, why was my threads move and deleted?

I do recall that you were placed under strict provisions due to the unpopular opinions concerning you prior to your invitation. The ban is over, however, and I don't believe you are being held to the same conditions as before. So it's a moot subject.

Also, I have no idea why this happened. I'm trying to contact Evo and the other mods to figure out who is responsible.
