And, to make it clear again, that rule was added after he did it. It doesn't make it ok that he did it because the rule was made after. It wasn't a rule then, and he can't enforce a rule that doesn't exist.
It should be noted that enforcing an ex post facto law is prohibited here in the United States, and that one of this Steam group's rules is to comply with the jurisdiction of the country.
His thread was still violating rules 2 and 5, which were already in place at the time.
