Well, first off, Mexico can be chill. Muslims too. Not terrorists though, they're babs.
Make an alliance with Putin and make a mass attack against North Korea. Bam. Biggest threat #1 eliminated. Then convince the UN to wreck all terrorist terrain. It would cost lives, but it would as hell save a lot. And bam. Not only one, but two huge threats destroyed! And Russia gets allied with the US and everyone lives in peace. um, laying waste to an already desert region, a mountainous area full of innocents, and destroying the internet would be a colossal waste of resources that would only cause terrorists to thrive elsewhere.
