Actual cooperation and attempts to understand each other. Which is something both immigrants and U.S. citizens struggle with in that most of them want to fight each other anyways without giving each a chance.

Yeah, the solution to multi-cultural life is to treat everyone the same and forget race is a thing (At least in a small neighborhood). Granted, everyone here speaks English more than anything, including the Hispanics/Latinos, but regardless, actual cooperation had occurred, then again, this is a small neighborhood near the Chicago area, so immigration in Europe must be a whole different story (obviously).

Forgetting race is a possibility, but not culture.
