Well clearly not, since you're applying for mod and thought the rules in GD apply to Jokes.

The overview page for the entire group has a link to rules thread in GD. And the only thing in that post that even mentions the rules being different for each sub is the part saying not to shitpost in GD.

Justice: the maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments.

Key word: merited

At worst you can say that he locked a couple threads and deleted one. All the rest were just cleaning up thread spam after the fact. He didn't even hand out any punishments.
