It's just a mess in its current iteration. It's never been particularly stealthy. Spies using it have always been predictable. Yet, the speed boost on it is stronger than the damage resistance it had pre GM. Speed boosts shouldn't be on spy items. The DR speed boost can be used uncloaked and allows spies to easily get out. Before GM, the DR was in the best state after lots of tweaks over the years. It had strong damage resistance, but could be countered if you understood the mechanics. The main reason it was used so much wasn't because it was too strong, but because the stock watch was weak.

Minimum wage should've been adjusted for inflation over the years.
