It's happening where I live as well.

My guess is that the clowns were just fake stories, until psychos caught on to the idea, and started stabbing people as clowns. Happy Halloween, right?

Mafia 2 was a pretty lame game, imo.

It was a game based soley around the storyline rather than the open-ended gameplay. If you really want some good 'ol open-ended gameplay, just play GTA: San Andreas or the first-two Saints' Row games.
