I think they should at least let every state allow medical use of it.
However it would be best to allow recreational use as well because you're not stopping people from smoking it regardless, you're just making them kill themselves by smoking marijuana that some drug dealer lined with some addictive substance to get them hooked and coming back.
Plus, there's a massive market that the government hasn't tapped into by selling recreational and medical marijuana and there's a lot of money to be made, so there's that.

The mafia was the name of the original Italian crime organization and they were so influential in the criminal world that mafia can mean any organized criminal syndicate that is large and influential enough.
For instance, the Yakuza are basically the Japanese mafia. The Irish Mob is the Irish mafia, and so on.

The fact that the main character is basically heading over multiple mafias combined into one super-organization is awesome to me.

I plan on getting it especially since I like the premise, it looks like the map is gonna be pretty freaking big and I like the brutality of the excution kills. Also, I played Mafia 2 and loved it.
