I tried playing this but every time I tried swinging my massive >WARHAMMER< it was able to be blocked easily by some crossbowman's puny >DAGGER<

It makes a lot of sense why taking away meat and sugar would drop heart disease. But the answer is not that meat and sugar are evil, it has to do more with people's lack of restraint with them, and getting fat along with malnutrition.

Since sugary foods like soda and candy provide little nutrition and are relatively calorie-dense, people whose diets consist of a lot of that stuff will probably not be eating what they need. Met will provide fat and protein, but are relatively calorie-dense as well and people show little restraint on meat portion sizes much like sugary foods.

What this means is that the other foods that complete a healthy diet are ignored. And since the foods people do eat are calorie dense, they still eat more than they need to.

The truth is, if you eat a variety of all these foods, all while staying within your TDEE, meat and sugar can still be part of a healthy diet; you will also be very likely to be an exceptionally healthy person.

Again, their are too few people that will be able to do it at the same time. You could probably do 4s at most.

As much as I don't care about Overwatch, I agree. Random deletion of comments is not fucking cool, whoever's doing it.
