  • Administrator at the original "I'll Make My Own TF2 Forums..." Steam group.
  • Administrator at "The Forum Regulars" Steam group.
  • Administrator at the "IMMOTF2FWBAH Retirement Home" Steam group.
  • Moderator at "the Regs" Steam group.
  • Moderator at the "Forum Filth" Steam group.

Evaluate which threads go into their respective sub-forums, punish those who are breaking the rules, and present a cleaner image of this group.

How do you know when to take an action or not?
If there is a notable spike in activity in the General Discussions sub-forum over a certain topic, checking the rules and how they apply in that particular thread and its posters must be done immediately. If they are following it accordingly, then leave it be for now. Otherwise, warnings, locks, or bans should be issued.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
The recent decline in moderators over the decision of making this Steam group public has left a notable vacuum in policing. I wish to avoid this group from undergoing the same mistakes that the previous "Forum Regulars" have underwent in their deaths. That especially means punishing more troublemakers.

Why do you think you should be accepted by the trio?
At least two of them have known me for quite some time, and they both respect and believe in my ability to lead. They can also ask any other user who is familiar with me, and those lot will state the same response.

What kind of personality should a mod have, and do you think you have it?
Empathy, understanding, and a great sense of justice. They must also know the balance of serving the will of the people, and doing what is right.
I believe I have all of them when moderating in a serious fashion.

Experiences as a mod before?
In all of these groups where I had a position of power, I was both suggested and popularly elected by the members in unanimous decisions. Any sort of drama that lead to most of their downfalls had nothing to do with my faults.
