If you can, fully overheal the person you're healing first, then turn to others. You'll heal faster that way.

Any Uber, as long as it's used, is a good Uber.

There's no class healing order, but generally, you should heal like this:

People about to die (seriously about to die, low hp, bleeding/fire, like they need healing right now) > people with high hp that just got hurt > people with low hp that just got hurt > people with high hp that haven't been hurt recently > people with low hp that haven't been hurt recently.

Your survival is more important than your allies. Ditch them if the situation gets too severe.
