I am searching my pc right now to see if I misplaced it, but my recycling been was also cleared, so I fear a family relative deleted some files off my pc. As its not the only thing missing.

That's a terrible thing to do to someone.
Try running Recuva[www.piriform.com] or similar software and see if you might be able to save the file(s).
