I suppose. But what exactly would you be translating?

I imagine old books and scrolls would be the bulk of it. Anything written in stone in ruins. Stuff like that. It's a dead langauge, I get that. I just enjoy learning about the langauge, how it's spoken, and it's history.

Yeah, that is a big reason why I enjoy Latin. And I want to learn it because it is a dead language. It just makes it that much more alluring.
