So let me summarize what I think about most of the cartoons.
Just a heads-up, Cartoon Network is a hot topic for me so don't get surprised if I get aggressive about it.
Another heads-up, what I wrote is huge af, so I don't really expect anyone to read it all, but to who wants to read it.. go ahead I guess. I'll only be talking about the production quality, animation quality, voice actors and character personality/customization. This is only my opinion, if my opinion is different that yours, you don't have to agree with me. Just please respect my opinion, I will respect yours, and everybody wins.

• Teen Titans Go! - More like teen titans go fuck yourself, seriously, they purposely mismatch the series from what it used to be, I knew for a fact beast boy was a vegetarian, but here he can eat whatever the fuck he wants. It might as well not be Teen Titans Go, it might as well be a bunch of stick figures doing random shit, maybe that'll keep me interested, but again. It's childish. Well, at least for teen titans, because it butchers what it used to be.
  
  
• Johnny Test - All I have to say about this: Sloppy animation. The animation is like it was animated with an online flash game, and the voice actors can really be annoying sometimes. Specifically Johnny himself, he talks like a damn squirrel. And really, this might just me nitpicking, but I don't like a series where the protagonist is provided with so much power over the antognists, that's just as bad as when you're playing a game and you have so much power over your enemies.
  
  
• (New) Supernoobs - It's... awful? There's nothing good about this show, it's almost like another Johnny Test, with almost just as much sloppy animation and shitty plotting. Like Johnny Test, the protagonists also have so much power, they just never use them to full potential, they just dick around with them like they're some fun elements of the plot that isn't fun to begin with.
  
  
• We Bare Bears - It's... okay I guess? I don't really find any bad points about it, it's well animated and the bears have alot of personality, obviously excluding the polar bear of course. A plot about bears who walk around in a city and do random shit and be spoiled isn't really my cup of tea, but it isn't my cup of shit either. It's there, basically.
  
  
• The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjacks - Boy, I've never seen that show air in a while, but it was good. It had an interesting plot, the animation was very well done, the characters had good personalities and the show definitely brings back a 4-year nostaligia despite the time since I've last seen the cartoon itself. It's probably my favorite cartoon network show, but it's a shame that it doesn't air anymore.
  
  
• Adventure Time - I might sound like a weirdfag for this, but keep in mind, it's my opinion. I personally don't like or hate adventure time, I don't follow it, I think it's too much Love&Adventure stuff, and that isn't my cup of tea either. Certainly not on my blacklist, but, it's out there. I certainly like it more than "We Bare Bears" though.
  
  
• Regular Show - This show wants to make kids feel like they're watching an adult show, but they really aren't. If you want to watch an adult show, watch Family Guy.. err, yeah. Other than that though, I do actually like it a little bit. The plots and animation are actually really well done, the characters (both antagonists and protagonists) have so much personality, The two main characters (being Rigby and Mordecai) have a lot in common and make a good synergy together.
  
  
• Cow & Chicken - Don't even get me started on that. The show is as gross as balls, how the fuck didn't the animators get nausea and headaches for animating such shit, I would put a picture as an example, but I myself don't want to look up NSFW shit. Now I'm not saying that the cartoon has nude scenes (though that could be, I've never seen any), but this show was meant for kids, like for fucks sakes, it's inappropriate art style for young audiences and it's the main reason why I dislike it. That red devil specifically is the one that drags most of the NSFW shit from the series.
  
  
• Dexter's Laboratory - It was actually good back then, the animation was excusable for it's time, the plots were very well made, I liked the voice actors, they weren't annoying, I really liked this show but it has come to an end long time ago which is sad.
  
  
• New Powerpuff Girls and Old - Now I've never been a fan of the series to begin with.. it was okay back then, the animation wasn't top notch, but it was excusable for it's time, pretty much the animation hit the same spot as Dexter's Laboratory. But the New one.. It's just really stupid. The plots are dumb, the animation wants to be nextgen over the old one, which is what the new series is all about- being revamped, but the fact of the matter is, the plots aren't very good. In that one unicorn episode, that "horse in the zoo" was actually a unicorn and didn't see his unihorn just because "he didn't shave his hair"

• Courage the Cowardly Dog - I love it. The plot is interesting, Eustace always has an insult ready for the dog, mostly the same one but nonetheless. The animation is alright I guess, and.. I don't know, the show has this (lost out of modern society) aesthetic that I like about it that I don't see in much shows or cartoons- well, except for flapjack maybe.

Cartoon Network isn't my cup of tea anymore, I stopped watching it long ago but i still remember all the shit I've encouraged, it was both a fun and an unfun ride, so I don't know what to think. There are other cartoons I would review, but to be honest this is getting long enough already.
