How many times were Dusty, Squeaker, and Miguelby banned before being perma'd?

I don't actually know, but I doubt that Migueleby was on those "special rules".
It took the group to get him and his Venezuelan ass out of the group.

Migueleby was not placed under any, since 90% of the group didn't know who the hell he was on arrival.

And the other two weren't placed under any special rules either, I don't think the group saw them as bad as pyrofish, because mostly they (including me a long time ago) judged her on her past actions so it was quite trivial for us to decide whether to let her in or not, until we gave her a chance eventually. But this ban is just a retarded excuse of a petition, I don't think I followed up with any of the second or third ban before, but I think I participated in the first one, and I'm certain it was about mod apps and how they wouldn't allow her to get mod even though the majority said so in her moderator app.
