To my understanding(which is very little because I don't give a shit about politics) didn't he have non-consensual sex with his wife? Back when that was legal. I mean technically no crime has been commited really since different standards and laws back then. I've never heard anything about him bragging about it tho.

I'm pretty sure that non-consensual sex has never been legal in the United States at all, regardless of whether they were married or not.
