A rant on games in general.

Unsatisfying weapons. I am not using a Nerf gun or a peashooter, and most of my enemies are fleshy and definitely made out of living tissue. I expect blood to spray the moment my attacks connects. Loadout is the one that does it best so far, I really love what they do with it. Overrated is a really bad offender in this. I mean, I can understand it Zenyatta and Bastion not shedding blood, but I expect parts to start spraying into the air. It's not juvenile, it's just a very good way to communicate, on the most basic level, that I am hurting the bugger.

Half-arsed stories. If you have lore, make it good, make it mean something to your game. And most importantly of all, make sure that your character, storytelling, plotlines, delivery and all other relevant things is good. If there is lore in the game and it's just not enjoyable, it is perfectly valid to tear the game apart for that. For those who said "but we are just here for the gameplay", fuck off. It is bad and deserving of criticism, and I don't care what you are in it for, because ultimately, what sucks still sucks. It deserves criticisms irregardless of what you expect out of it. Especially if the company behind is pushing it quite hard. Screw you, Overpriced.

Wait, where did Winston come from again? A space station? Yeah, and who's Widowmaker?

Disappointment. Guess which game disappoints me the most this year. What the fuck is wrong with the reviewers. Now I know why I only listen to Zero Punctuation for game reviews.
And THAT is the behaviour we need. All the other reviewers apparently got "something" if you know what i mean.
