The thread will be about the conditions and specific rules of her coming in, what she can get banned for, what she cannot do and what type of special surveillance she is in. She will have to agree to our conditions on that thread or negotiate with another proposed offer and if she does agree, once we negotiate and she states what she promised and agreed to, we will let her in.

The thread will then be moved to general discussions or off topic for all to see and remember as specific evidence so if she does do anything, this will solidify and justify it and is concrete evidence no one can disagree with. This is what will happen.
