Just voicing my opinion here, I think the only nerf the Sticky Launcher may be due would be to perhaps increase it's damage falloff.
I don't know how the damage falloff within the explosion radius actually works, but in my experience, if a Sticky detonates right next to an enemy, or 3 feet away, it does roughly the same damage with little variation based on how far away the Sticky actually is in comparison to the enemy.

If you increased the damage falloff it would still make the Sticky Launcher just as effective as before with traps and spam, but require some more aim to maximize the effectiveness of the weapon.

I don't believe the Sticky Launcher needs change, I think that buffing Pyro would be enough to put Demoman in his place. However if it comes to the conclusion that the Sticky Launcher is OP, this is a change I wouldn't mind seeing.

Reading all these makes me feel like I've led a very sheltered life in comparison...

I believe the most physical pain I've felt is when I was young and I got quite sick, and I felt it really hard to go to the toilet.

I wasn't constipated, it just hurt a lot.

Shotguns, or anything that has increased effective in close range.

I also like things that explode, grenades, mines, RPGs etc.

Personally, I think Guns Of Icarus is an extremely underrated game, it's an incredibly unique and fun game, but with an extremely small playerbase.
