Hmmm, not bad. It is good to take initiative and to point out if something is off, if it is really affecting everyone to that level than it is good to take some sort action. However, if you can just check with another mod or me or Stinger just to be safe, then sure. Nice work there.

Also about the announcements, eh its fine. We would like to have mods who can do announcements though so if you have anything important/informative/fun to announce, talk it with another mod and then work on it together to make the announcement. Nice work. Thanks! c:

Well, yeah, some actually, i've been a moderator on an old minecraft server for several minths, i was actually quite liked by the rest of the staff, and they were actually quite pleased by my work. How would i know when to take action or not?
Well, as i said previously, i've already been moderator before, i now have some experience with what a mod is supposed to punish, and what he isn't supposed to.

Why do i think i should be accepted?
Well (yeah, i love using "well"), i think i've now been on the forums for long enough to be considered somewhat of a camper / usual, and i know many peoples in this community. I'm also quite mature, now i know what you're gonna say, "but toaster, you're always talking trash and acting childishly on the forums", well (<= see?), yeah, but i know when to be serious, and when i am, ain't there no place anymore for dumb stuff like i usually do.

What personality should a mod have?
Well (now i'm just annoying myself), i think a mod should be two things, first, he should be, obviously, mature, he must know when to punish, when not to, what isn't allowed, and not get baited easily, secondly, he should be nice, well, not only him, all members should be, but mods and admins mainly, i personally think mods shouldn't be the "big bad dudes that ban peoples", they should be regular users, that are liked by other, but keeps everything in order.

Would you post announcements that would be fun/informtive/active-like/appropriate in the group and how often would you post announcement?

Also, tell me what person in your opinion deserves a ban. You can list down how they broke the rules, answer that but also this side question. What if the user is generally annoying, bad, not really breaking any rules but close to though and several users complain and report to you about him and wants him banned/punished. What will you do?
