I don't have any use for them, but:

Better compatibility with the Apple ecosystem.
Personal preference for the desktop over Windows.
They are more secure
Build quality and less heat / noise than most PCs
High resell value

If you don't game much, Macs are a pretty good choice. But if you do, they are pretty much useless.
