That, and also you don't have to deal with annoying little shits in muliplayer games lowering the graphics settings so that the game does not render far-away bushes and grass that would normally conceal enemies.

Don't really see that as an advantage, tbh. If I really want to invest in my game to improve how it looks and plays, I can't. I'm stuck with the same box as everyone else.

Advantage in MP with settings is small and really the Dev at blame here.

On Halo 2, I can't find a thing about being able to download Halo 2 through Windows 8. It's a Vista product as well. It still don't change the fact you have to jump hoops to get it. If you want the definitive Halo experience, it's the Master Chief collection.

Platform exclusives are an advantage to any system that has them. Your earlier posts suggested this advantage should only be with PC, which makes no sense.

I'm glad we're reaching an agreement that the ratio of good and bad PC exclusives is weighing heavily on bad. It's not too say there aren't many good ones, but the barriers to making a game and putting it on Steam is far lower than getting a game to console. The argument that PC has more exclusives should always come with a big "but" disclaimer.
