Did they change how hacking works in WD2? It was basically a glorified QTE in the first one.

Going to be real petty, but any chance if you could move "Alternative Discussions" above "Gr8 Valley"? That way we have a heirarchy of subforums in an list that makes more sense.

Good job, are the pinned threads in "Alternative Discussion" going to be updated to reflect the new purpose?

Ok, the reason why Off Topic exists is because well, have you ever wondered what to do with those threads that seem like they have some value of discussion, yet doesn't feel like they would qualify for the General Discussions?

This is the third claim what Off-Topic is for, no one seems to know the purpose of it. The sticky in that subforum isn't clearer, "same as General Discussion but different", what does that mean? Some users seems to thing it should be bandwagons, some think it should be for videogame discussions, some think it should be for anything except videogames.

If you are going to move threads about, you're going to have to have some sort of criteria or argument prepared for it. If one of my serious threads were moved from General Discussion to Off-Topic, I'd feel an little insulted anyway.

That's the answer I was looking for. As for my opinion on the subforums, I've seen a few successful trades through the trading subforum and don't really see much point in removing it, though it could possibly be replaced with a pinned thread in general. OT can be merged with general since there's not really much point in having an OT forum for a group with no topic. And honestly, as for the artworks forum, the artwork of mine that Evo posted in that forum seemed to receive enough attention IMO, along with a lot of attention for dino_inc's artwork, so I personally haven't seen too much neglectful behavior on the part of the regs here for that subforum, though artwork megathreads do seem to work well, as is evidenced by the artwork thread in the SFM forums.

Make a Trading Thread and pin it inside of General.
Make an Artwork Thread and pin it inside of General.
Merge the Off-Topic sub into the General sub-forum.

No one has given a reason for Off-Topic to exist, it's just "there".
