Guessing the last part needs updating, or it could just be wording to mean Valve could just deny your refund request if they choose to (even if the game is played less than two hours, and bought less than a week ago).

I just don't find clowns scary at all. Not even ones trying to look creepy with pointed teeth or covered in gore.

Some people say they don't like how forced they look. I admire anyone putting the effort to make people around them happy.
