They catered to noobs?
yes, they removed and/or changed game mechanics because they thought they were "to confusing for new players"

I can explain it to you...

Did that change the look on your face? Yes it did!

Instead of tiers, it not focuses on Robot Ranking, and the game goes around looking for robots the same ranking as you (unless you're in a megabot fight, each team has 1 megabot). There is also the controls menu to change some stuff. The only thing that made me lose my lemons was them removing robot classes. Now the robot-announcer says "enemy spotted" instead of anything else.
