On trading servers, people just tend to flood 1sfc traders with cards, because they want easy money.

1 refined is $0.07. Your average card is worth about $0.05, no?
So you can buy cards for a scrap (one 6th of a refined, I think.), sell them on the market for $0.05, and you've already made a profit. Keep doing this, and occasionally sell hats or randomly dropped weapons to keep the scrap count up, and eventually you have enough to buy a cheap hat.
Continue selling cards with the scrap from the hats and weapons, until eventually you can afford a key.

After this, it becomes very hard to manage, and you'll have to either start buying and selling foils, or find out another loophole.
