It seems like FRC needs some more competent mods. One of the things FF did pretty well was accepting mods from a wide array of people and forum groups. You can moderate much more efficiently when shitposters, people of various religious/political beliefs, and more intellectually oriented people are in positions of power. It helps prevent an us vs them situation breaking out with the administration, and that seems to be the worst thing that can happen to a forum group.
I'm not really the person to talk to if you want more mods, the admins are the ones you'll have to convince.
