I've yet to see any major evidence that makes being vegan or vegetarian an absolutely bad choice.

All I've heard are incidents where people take that kind of shit too far, like feeding their babies soy products. Kind of like people who only give their kids McDonalds.

Paleo isn't a good indicator of vegeterian/vegan life either - it's like the gluten-free shit. A popular bandwagon that people jump on to.

Countless problems result from consuming meat in today's society. While I'm all for a balanced meat and vegetable diet, there's no justification to think veganism and vegetarianism are "incorrect" forms of living without considering the problems in regular society caused by meat and other conventional foods like sugar.

Meat is good, the fact that some people don't eat the rigt amounts is not my fault.

The fact that some vegetarians take the whole "meat shunning" thing too far until it's against their own interest isn't something other vegetarians shouldn't be taking responsibility for either.

If someone's trying to shove something down your throat, it's not really a good idea to push back and try to completely invalidate said idea. It makes you look like a fool.
