I love how most of the people arguing against petitions in general are the ones who also support Pyro's ban which only happened because of a petition.

The problem is that straight democracy doesn't work in a group such as this. The fact that the original petition that sparked all this from Prusak wasn't even really meant to be serious but was meant to be a protest against petitions in general shows as much.

Without a seperation between calls for actual change, blatant agenda pushing, and the rampant shitposting the plagues this group, democracy cannot work.

Also, when this petition is 4 hours old the mods must act on it or it's blatant favoritism.

Face it, this quality moderation team only puts through stuff they want to and will only put stuff they don't want to if we keep pestering them about it. That's a sign of a bad moderator.

If the petition reaches the same consensus the Moderators want it to reach then they act on it immediately.

If the petition reaches a conclusion that the Moderators dislike then they drag it out until enough pressure finally forces them to act.
