Well, not exactly. You see, here in Sweden we use the words "Farmor" and "Mormor" to describe our grandmas, but there's no corresponding word for that in english.

"Farmor" means your grandma who's the mom of your dad, whereas "Mormor" means the grandma who's the mom of your mom.

I'm going to my "Mormor". I only ask her for presents on my birthday and christmas.
