The Metro series has a heavy automatic shotgun which is basically a machine gun rechambered for shotgun shells. 20 round belt and can shoot in full auto.

That's pretty cool, but I want a full on 5,000 RPM gatling shotgun. and let's make the pellets explosive, because ripping anything apart that's in the general direction it's shooting isn't enough for me.

Hand cannons, medium range rifles and fully-automatic shotguns.
