Because they don't care if you have knowledge, they care about artificial letters or numbers (from 0 to 10 and A to F) on a paper because apparently they determine how you are as an individual.

the funny thing is that when i was in high school i was horrible at getting assignments in on time but aced most of my tests without even trying. or studying. or paying attention in class. wait a second, then what was i doing when i should've been sleeping?
