Not really since the nerf has made it that it only blocks 75% of incoming damage.

If you get backstabbed, you will be dead. Fully charged headshot? Not really, but you will be left with around 8hp. And you still take damage while being cloaked.

It's only useful once you got the health up high and you want to play mindgame. But if you health is below 100, you will be in trouble using it.
