There is no "Boy Scouts" in Russia, especially in Chechnaya which is basically Wild Paradise. So I cant say I am a 'boy scout' but I do know many of the things that they teach you in Scouting like knots, tents, social service etc. I even have my own organisation with my school friends called Action against Addiction.
