Spy is still one of the weaker classes, so it can afford to have weapons as powerful as DR.
Other watches work, don't get me wrong; but the biggest problem with the dead ringer is that it's so much better than the other watches.

I wouldn't call it OP; since spy is still one of the weaker classes, it's okay for it to have stronger weapons. But the other watches should be buffed, so that we see more than just dead ringer everywhere.
