Imagine apples.
Now there are apples from a special farm that have 2 things, one with a toxic liquid that kills you if there is too much, and others with sweets.

We take in forum regulars that have sweets or we hope have sweets, and keep our regulars who we have a feeling are filled with toxic liquids. If we know a reg has 4-% sweets and 60% toxins, we may bring him in as it may be worth it since we could love the sweets and survive the toxins.

What has been going on is bringing in users that we already fully known are 90% toxins.
