Shadowcon and Evoxrus, both have great personas, however Shadowcon66's consistent and successful efforts to improve this group, demonstrate that in case of a heavy debate he is more likely to be on the right.

My favourite is Amsel :D and Geech simply because I know him the longest of all and we share many beliefs. Geech is the cutest and funniest steam user and I simply like him very much.

Other than that I have a general liking towards most people on steam except those who try my patience.

Tf2 economy is a barter system so you have to ability to post prices less than the speculated price and even demand item overpay. Desperate people will want to sell off their item as quick as possible and thus will take your offer even if its a loss for them.
