That was a message the new mod left for Krinkov after he called OP's antivirus stupid on a post, since the OP on that thread said that his antivirus detected the steamapps folder as a virus.

With that said, being a helpful member at some point doesn't give you the right to insult others left and right in other threads. Those who received permanent bans were given enough warnings in the past.

As for "others are doing the same, why aren't they getting banned": If you see others violating the rules, you can feel free to report such violations. With more than 10k hubs on Steam, there's always stuff we won't catch when it doesn't get reported.

It's funny though, how someone like Phyxia gets a permanent ban for making a simple little joke that everyone knows, but someone who spams "i farted :)" in about 25 forums (possibly more) simply gets their threads removed, and they never get a ban.
