What makes Console Gaming > PC Gaming

Yes I did. I talked about a nice multiplatform release. I talked about Resident Evil dot net hosting some of their first events for RE revelations 2 and how cheaters pissed all over the PC leaderboards compared to the relatively cheat free leaderboards that the old consoles had. You can quite easily look up their contests/events as they still archive all the results. Here's their very first event results just for you:

PC leaderboards https://www.residentevil.net/en/onlineevent-1267-ranking.html

PS3 leaderboards https://www.residentevil.net/en/onlineevent-1265-ranking.html

360 leaderboards https://www.residentevil.net/en/onlineevent-1266-ranking.html

For context of what you're looking at anything under 4 minutes in Solo simply isn't legit except for on the consoles, which had online multiplayer before the PC version of the game, so any time that was possible with co-op was also possible with solo(but only in the consoles) by having your co-op friend drop out of your game last second.

Security wise yeah I do agree their servers are shit. Made worse by the fact that these shit companies don't actually wanna admit to when they've been comprimised.
Your point is still pretty damn moot since you said it yourself, their servers are shit security wise. They could've used that money that you said they would use to make the servers better for just that.

But they don't, because they're just stealing money from suckers like you.
Security on their servers doesn't effect me unless I decide to put my credit card information there. Plus I never said I'm paying for that. I said I'm paying for moderated services. In my opinion the money alone would be worth it just for how effective they keep their service cheat free. As you can see the difference in those leaderboards.

I gave you examples of where pc cheating is it's finest, in ways you can even look it up There's a lot of people who tend to bullshit and try to say there's plenty of cheaters on consoles, as if they've never played a console online before, I just like to call them out on it when I see it.

As for the horrible servers thing I really don't understand what you're trying to get it. Which console servers suck? Their support servers...? Their store servers? Their game servers? They don't usually host game servers, and I don't see how it's relevant.
"I gave you examples..." "In ways you can look it up.."

So you didn't actually give me examples. Stop trying to bullshit your way out of proper counter arguments.

Console servers suck pretty hard security wise mostly, but they are halfway decent in everything else too.

I guarantee you that sometime soon, probably Christmas Day, the servers for one of the consoles is gonna go down like last year.(or was that 2014?)

I hear there's tons of cheaters on consoles all the time, from people who don't play on consoles and watched a video where someone cheated. Unless you're playing the last gen consoles(yes there's plenty of cheaters there) cheaters are a rare thing. And I mean RARE. 700 hours in black ops 3 mulitplayer, and I've seen 0 cheaters during that time, except one person using a modded controller. I see more cheaters in a single night of tf2 for 2-3 hours than I have during my entire console lifetime, probably be different had I played World at War which had all those hacked lobbies from PC or if I counted Dungeon Defenders which had crossplatform playing with PC.

Go onto an average multplatform game and tell me the difference in cheaters isn't obvious. How about Resident Evil: Revelations 2. For their first global RE.net event 200 of the top spots for the event on PC were all impossible times that were cheated for. Some were even done at impossible levels(aka completing the game at level 0 which isn't a glitch, flat out cheating, people who did it admitted to using cheat engine for that one). Now compare it to the PS3 or 360's leaderboards for the same event, all the scores are legit(at the very least possible), there was during the event 1 or 2 cheaters on those last gen consoles, however they were removed from the list, because they were banned from the service. It became a running joke among the community that the PC leaderboards for all events and the game itself was instead referred to as the Cheaterboards. So yes tell me how consoles have swarms of cheaters too, next you're gonna tell me there's no bots in MMOs.

Scammers aren't our responsibility, yes I can stop myself from getting scammed, and that is the limit of my responsibility. In no way am I responsible for getting them off the platform or getting them banned, I wish I was tho because at least someone would be doing something about them. Scamming is a very profitable business that has thrived on PC, particularly with idiots on Steam. To the point where it's actually inconviencing users with the countermeasures Steam has to add to cater to these idiots. It's not hard to spot scammers, and yet the bare minimum isn't being done even when they do scam people.

Nothing can get worse than being hacked on steam, and waiting 30 days for a response from Support when the hacker will get your items in 15 days, which has now been extented to 30. Notice something, they increase the wait time to trade items rather than bothering to decrease the response time for support.
You could've said this in 30 words or less but you didn't, because you have no idea what you're talking about and have to shit out a word salad to make it sound like you do know what you're talking about.

The console servers are fucking shit, they take your money, and they pocket it, anyone who thinks otherwise has way too much innocence to argue on this topic.
I gave you examples of where pc cheating is it's finest, and how the same game has next to no cheaters on the console versions, and I even told you were you could look it up. There's a lot of people who tend to bullshit and try to say there's plenty of cheaters on consoles, as if they've never played a console online before, I just like to call them out on it when I see it.

No I'm just saying what I miss after all this time of playing online. If they wanted they could be like steam(never ban cheaters, scammers and have shit support), but they don't. If I could pay for a service on steam that went towards improves what I consider to be bare necessities towards gaming, I would.
There are tons of cheaters on consoles, scammers are the community's responsibility, and console servers have even shittier support than Steam.

Actually I support the idea of pay for service, if Steam offered a same deal oh dear lord I probably wouldn't consider steam a piece of shit most of the time.

Simply put for a small fee you get proper serrvices and don't have to play with people who have 400 ping joining in a NA game despite being asian. Which could also be considered a negative because if you have a shitty internet you'll have a hard time playing.

To some extent maybe this is just steam, or maybe it extends to all pc platforms, but Steam has award winning bad support. You know there's at least some sense of professionalism from microsoft or sony, they help you with video chat in a timely matter rather than waiting a month for a copy and paste text message that don't always fit your problem.

Moderated services. Something most people can't really appreciate. Scammers actually get banned, and with enough toxicity even people can get banned. Now this might sound like a negative for some, and it is. To those who can't stand anyone censoring their in-your-face attitude that ruins gaming for others. But if you aren't part of this crowd, chances are you don't really like them or don't care about what happens to them.

And the biggest thing, more moderation, in the form of less cheaters and cheaters being banned sooner from the platform entirely. Because it costs a fee for your console/ID and membership, cheating altogether is a much more expensive hobby to do longterm. People brag about being caught after 4 weeks on the last gen consoles. PC cheaters don't have too, they can have years of flat out ragecheating and never have to worry about being banned from that game let alone the whole platform. From the little things to editting your avatar to cheating for achievements offline, you'll still get banned. And this I enjoy, some might not. If you want more freedom then honestly this is a bad deal for you.

And that's all I got.
Microsoft doesn't use any of the money they get from subscriptions towards making the servers better, their servers are shit.

Paying for multiplayer on top of paying for regular internet is just a greedy move and you justifying it is exactly why it works.

Xbox Live/Gold

Pay to talk to people and play any multiplayer! Your games are complete shit without it!

Membership-types of things like these are bullshit.
