Anyway, the best advice is what others have said - go ask her out already. You're never going to know for sure if she likes you back unless you actually ask her.

In the event you do actually ask her, try doing it in person.

This looks like a pointless exercise.

Anyway, if you plan on bringing in notorious regs, I think it's better if they have the same rules as everyone else instead of making them step on eggshells with much harsher rules. If you're concerned about them, just keep an eye on them - moderators can open up a report just to keep track of people privately.
