Dear Pyrofish, already the first time you came here you were put under special rules.

Then you broke them, and was suppossed to be permanently banned due to the agreement of the special rules you signed but some things flopped over and it was made temporary.

You will have to agree to these rules again, which are actually just rules other members would have to follow but I am making sure you actually know what they are and that these are things not to be done or broken.

Also because of the severity of the drama you actually stirred up last time, under the fact that you were under special conditions, under the fact that it should have been a permanent ban, this is your very last chance. You mess up and break the rules again, you will be permanently banned and that is final. And unless I say otherwise or agree to it, that ban will be permanent and cannot be made temporary, includingso the special but not really that special conditions will be placed on you permanently.

Do not break the following rules or you wil be permanently banned.
1. Do not actively flame start flamewars.

2. Do not derail any threads, contribute to derailing those threads or continue to derail those threads.

3. Do not spam the General Discussions or any other subforums, for Joke Posts you can spam up to only one page per day but thats it, any more and it will be considered spamming.

4. Do not create threads that you know, considering you are a long time forum regular you would likely know this, would cause massive flamewars and drama.

5. Do not advertise anything in FRC at all in any subforum.

6. Do not post anything that would violate Steam's rules and guidelines or anything that breaks the law in real life.

7. Do not constantly harass certain members or create a topic about them that you know will cause massive drama.

8. Do not bring outside drama into this group from other groups or other dramas you have with certain members here, if you have a beef with a member here leave it outside, do not bring it here.

10. Do not derail other threads by trying to continue a topic of another thread in that thread to massively derail it and cause a flamewar.

11. Do not necro too many threads. One or two is fine, but do not spam up the entire place with 3 or 20 necro threads, it will be an offense. Don't.

Break any of these rules and we will give you a permanent ban. But don't think we would scour the forums for you, we can be lenient but cause enough drama, gain enough attention, or have enough reports on you(valid reports though, valid and reasonable and justified reports) and we will give you a pemanent ban. In fact, you are kind of under the rules of everyone else here but the only thing for you is that you will have to know is that if you mess this up you will be given a permanent ban. Thats all.
