Was it a test to create the perfect superhuman? Being the first 9 were failed tests because robbie rotten is a generally lazy character?

Did the people experimenting realize "Nobody can know about this, we must eliminate all the rottens." But the first 4 got away before they were killed?

Does sportacus realize any of this?

Now, Lazy Town takes place a long time after the experiments.
But lazy town takes place in the same location as the robbie experiments. Know why?
The lab rotten lives in is the same lab he was experiemented in.

The people experimenting could only make 4 humans at once, which explains the 4 orange tubes rotten now uses for duisguises.

Is Robbie knowing about his past? Is he researching about his past so he, too, could become a superhuman like sprtacus?
