Why does every Steam user that aren't stupid enough to get theirselves scammed easily have to suffer this kind of punishment?
There are people who doesn't have a phone and doesn't even need one while there are people who has a phone but it's a Windows phone that Valve did not released a Steam Mobile App to.
If you're new to Steam, would you consider this Escrow feature 'new-user friendly'?
You might not even bother and just use Origin or some other way to play PC games instead.
