So I was watching a ♥♥♥♥ ton of Catfish: The Show
There's a lot of money to be made in catfishing. Apparently, all these people are getting pissed off for being lied to, but I lose my sympathy when it was really obvious that it was fake from the start. Don't you think it's weird that the hot guy (whose pictures are stock photos) doesn't want to Skype and is asking for 1500$?

I think there's money to be made in it. Me and my friends were joking about setting up kind of a network to do this ♥♥♥♥. Has anyone actually done this at a large scale? If so/not, we should all do it together.

I mean, I've seen a small-scale version

Two friends of mine set up a fake CS:GO player, and even boosted it by playing on it, in order to pawn off items from people.
