Japan went crazy
Basically, they made being overweight illegal. Every year, you're forced to have an annual checkup where they check your waistline circumference. If you're a male with a waist circumference of more than 35", or 31" for females, you'll be forced to see a counselor and dietitian to lose weight. If companies are found with employees that are considered overweight, they can be fined for up to $19 million.

What the hell? I know obesity is a problem in many countries, but making it ILLEGAL?!!

All this does is making the candy companies lose revenue.

Old news, though.

Japan had it since 2008.
